We give you 30 days from receipt to return your new Safety Sleeper. If you decide to return our product, call us at 1-724-96-SLEEP within the 30 day period. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Any damaged parts or missing items during shipment will be replaced. Please notify Abram's Bed, LLC immediately if there are issues with your shipment.
Abram's Bed, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment or damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.
The Safety Sleeper™ One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of The Safety Sleeper™.
The travel suitcase and air mattress are not manufactured products of Abram's Bed and are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Warranty covers failures due to manufacturing defects which occur during normal use.
It does not cover damage which results from misuse, abuse, mishandling, alteration, or improper assembly. Warranty is good for one (1) year from the date of delivery. We will provide the material and labor to repair any flaws due to manufacturer defect; in this event we will provide shipping.
There are no other express oral or written warranties with respect to this product, and all warranties implied by law, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to their duration to the one (1) year warranty period.
We are happy to repair anything not covered by the warranty in the event that The Safety Sleeper™ is damaged on your part. The cost for materials, labor and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility and will be assessed on a custom basis.
